According to the current research and test results, DC fast charging will not directly damage the car battery. DC Fast charge is a fast charging technology that speeds up the charging of a battery by providing a higher current. Compared with the traditional AC charging method, DC fast charging can significantly reduce the charging time and improve the charging efficiency.

However, it should be noted that frequent use of DC fast charge may have a certain impact on the life of the car battery. A certain amount of heat is generated during the process of fast charging, and frequent fast charging may cause the battery temperature to rise, which accelerates battery aging. Therefore, when using DC fast charge, it is recommended to follow the car manufacturer's charging recommendations to avoid excessive fast charge.

To protect the life of the car battery, there are some other suggestions:
1. Try to avoid charging and discharging the battery to an extreme state, and keep the battery within a reasonable charging and discharging range;
2. Avoid charging the battery to 100% or discharging it to 0% for a long time;
3. Keep the battery properly charged when the battery is not used for a long time;
4. Periodically maintain and check the battery to ensure its normal working status.

In general, moderate use of DC fast charge and following the recommendations of the automobile manufacturer will not directly damage the car battery. Reasonable charging habits and maintenance measures can extend the life of the battery and improve the performance of the car.
