Help(FAQ)

Q 1 : How to get free samples?

Send your address, phone number, zip code, courier account number to our mailbox, and tell us which type of sample you need. Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of our free sample policy.

Q2: How about the delivery time?

We always keep stock of common products and arrange shipment after 100% inspection, usually within 7 days. For bulk orders, it takes up to 45 days to complete production.

Q3:Can I put my brand logo on the charging device?

Yes, we have a professional R&D team and are a professional OEM and ODM provider. We can produce according to your brand requirements.

 Q4: What's the MOQ?

The minimum order quantity for OEM&ODM is 100  set s.

Our R&D team will provide you with specific solutions according to your customization requirements.

Q5: Does your products have quality certification? How long is the warranty time?

We have a very strict quality controlling system which promises the goods we produced are always of the best quality. Our EV charging products passes with CE&TUV certifications. All products FREE warranty within 24 month.

Q6:How can we guarantee quality?

We always make pre-production samples before mass production and 100% quality inspection before shipment, such as anti-aging, high and low temperature resistance, all-around performance testing, etc.

Q7:Can the EV charger charge all EVs on the road?

Yes, all models of our EV Charger work with all Electric Vehicles. Tesla vehicles need the use of a J1772 to Tesla adapter to work with our EV chargers.

Q8:How long to fully charge a car?

To know how long to charge the  car, you need to know the OBC(on board charger) power of the car, the car battery capacity, the charger power. The hours to fully charge a car =battery kw.h/obc or charger power the lower one. For e.g, the battery is 40kw.h,obc is 7kw, charger is 22kw, the 40/7=5.7hours. If the obc is 22kw, then 40/22=1.8hours.

Q9:The main difference between AC Charger and DC Charger?

The difference between AC charging and DC charging is the location where the AC power gets converted; inside or outside the car.Unlike AC chargers, a DC charger has the converter inside the charger itself. That means it can feed power directly to the car's battery and doesn't need the on-board charger to convert it.

Q10: What is the Charging Modes?

Mode 1 : Slow AC charging using a standard 3 pin socket with an EV specific protection device in the cable.

Mode 2 : Slow or fast AC charging using a dedicated and fixed circuit with specific EV multi-pin connection with control and protection functions.

Mode 3 : Rapid or Ultra Rapid DC charging using direct current with a connection technology such as CHAdeMO or CCS.

Q11:The differences of global DC fast charging standards?

CCS-1: DC fast charging standard for North America.

CCS-2: DC fast charging standard for Europe.

CHAdeMO: DC fast charging standard for Japan.

GB/T: DC fast charging standard for China.

Q12: How fast can a vehicle be charged?

A: The speed of loading depends on many different factors

1. Charger Type: The charging speed is expressed in 'kW' and depends, among other things, on the capacity of the type of charger and the available connection to the power grid.

2. Vehicle: The charging speed is also determined by the vehicle and depends on several factors. With regular charging, the capacity of the inverter or “on board charger” is of influence. In addition, the charging speed depends on how full the battery is. This is because a battery charges more slowly when it gets full. Fast charging often does not make much sense above 80 to 90% of the battery capacity because charging is progressively slower.

3. Conditions: Other conditions, such as the temperature of the battery, can also affect the charging speed. A battery works optimally when the temperature is neither too high nor too low. In practice this is often between 20 and 30 degrees. In winter, a battery can get very cold. As a result, charging may slow down considerably. Conversely, a battery can become very hot on a summer day and charging can then also be slower.
